1. Scope of Services
Quantarpo.net provides QuickBooks® file repair, data migration, cleanup, bookkeeping support, and technical accounting data services. All services may be performed remotely using secure communication and file-transfer methods.
2. Data Responsibility
Clients are responsible for maintaining an original backup of all financial data before any service begins. We take careful steps to protect client data, but the client must provide accurate files and clear service instructions.
3. Payment & Security
Payments must be completed before service delivery begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. We do not store credit card information on our website or servers.
4. Limitation of Liability
Quantarpo.net shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages caused by software issues, third-party platform changes, corrupted source files, or incorrect information provided by the client.
5. Service Results
We work to deliver accurate and reliable results; however, severely damaged, incomplete, or outdated QuickBooks files may not always be fully recoverable. Any limitations will be communicated clearly when identified.
