Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Service-Based Business

Quantarpo.net provides professional QuickBooks® support, bookkeeping, data migration, file repair, recovery, and consulting services. Because every project involves technical labor and personalized work, our refund policy is based on the progress of the requested service.

2. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel a scheduled service before technical work has begun. Once file analysis, secure remote access, or technical processing has started, the project is considered active.

Standard Cancellation: If a cancellation request is received before work begins, any eligible refund will be returned using the original payment method, subject to payment processing timelines.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are reviewed individually. A refund may be considered only when a service cannot reasonably be completed because of technical limitations or circumstances beyond both parties' control.

  • Service cannot be completed due to unrecoverable file corruption.
  • Technical limitations prevent successful completion after full assessment.
  • The agreed service cannot be delivered within the confirmed timeframe due to our internal issue.
Refunds are generally not available for completed work, approved deliveries, or changes of mind after technical services have been performed.

4. Dispute Resolution

If you believe an error exists in the completed service, please contact us within seven (7) days after delivery. Our team will review the project and, when appropriate, provide reasonable corrections related to the original scope of work.
